Plastic Industry
Hydraulic cylinders in the plastics industry work under most difficult conditions in extreme surroundings such as tight spaces and high degrees of pollution and high temperatures. Manufacturers of machines and tools request customized technology and tailored hydraulic cylinders. We do not only focus on constructing the cylinder with its function, but take a close look at the environment with our customer. Apart from the parameters of the hydraulic circuit, finding the balance with other components plays a significant part.

Flow Divider
Synchronizes the movements of 2 or 4 cylinders.
The Rotary Gear Flow Dividers allow to control accurately the movement on 2 or 4 cylinders either single or double acting. Each geared section is connected by a common axis, the rotating speed is the same for each section and the flow is proportional to the displacement in every chamber. Differential Relief Valves: Our modular design allows us to add differential relief valves in each section of our flow dividers. They also serve to protect the flow divider against excessive differential pressure in the divider which could be caused by actuators becoming stalled or restricted. These valves couldn't be used as general dump valve of the system.

H250 Co Series
- H250 Co cylinders are engineered in a modular system. All mounting types with the exception of the type "trunnion" are based upon one basic form and are built by screwing mounting components. Different piston rod ends can be combined with every mounting type.
- This cylinder can be used under the most severe conditions because of its construction design, its threaded cylindrical design, its sufficiently dimensioned guide lengths at the piston rod, as well as its heavy duty seals.
